Operation U-Turn is a non-profit organization funded by
the Associated Students of Humboldt State University,
in the vicinity of Pelican Bay.

Studies show that recidivism rates decrease proportionately with levels of education.

No less importantly, education opens opportunities most prisoners would never have envisaged. We urge you to help Operation U-Turn in its textbook drive with your tax-deductible donation.
